Workshops are grounded in the understanding that creativity is not reserved for artists, but is a fundamental human capacity for perception, problem-solving, and transformation.  Likewise, physicist Albert Einstein noted, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.” 

Through guided visual exercises, intuitive mark-making, and immersive sound environments, participants learn to quiet analytical thought and listen inward—where new ideas and authentic direction emerge.
Carl Jung wrote, “The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect -but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity,” emphasizing creativity as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious.
